Once an item is shipped, Crafted Cactus is no longer responsible for its care. I am unfortunately unable to refund money on a purchase that is lost, damaged, etc. in transit to the buyer. In the event that any item is damaged upon arrival, please let me know, and I will try to replace damaged items as soon as possible.

Shipping will be determined based on address to be shipped to. (Price does not include shipping)

However, Crafted Cactus cannot guarantee the speed of the Postal Service and will not be held responsible for delayed delivery or lost packages.

Please select appropriate character count for your order. Orders with incorrect character count will not be worked on. Character count will be added up for you in the "What would you like your piece to say?" section. Take number in right corner and subtract from 100.
